Meet The Team
STEVEN LEHOUILLIER
Registered Physiotherapist, PT, Clinic Owner
A graduate of Lord Dorchester Secondary School, Steven earned his degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2002. He went on to complete his Master’s in Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York, in 2005. That same year, he founded Dorchester Physiotherapy, where he has been dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care ever since.
Steven has a strong clinical interest in manual therapy, orthopaedic injuries, and acupuncture. In 2017, he became a certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) medical professional, expanding his expertise to golf-related injury prevention and performance. Steven has been actively involved in the community for many years, supporting local sports as a trainer for minor hockey teams and serving as the team physiotherapist for the Dorchester Dolphins Jr. C Hockey Club.
He is extremely proud of the standard of care offered at Dorchester Physiotherapy and remains deeply grateful for the ongoing support of the Dorchester community and surrounding area.

INEZ ROELEN
Registered Physiotherapist, PT
Inez is very passionate about her career and is driven to helping people achieve a higher quality of life along with increased function throughout daily life. Inez has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University along with her Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. After completing her physiotherapy degree, she began working at a private clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. She has completed certifications in traditional acupuncture and dry needling, in addition to taking specialized training in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and pelvic health physiotherapy. Inez’s treatment plans are individualized to the client and she places a strong focus on hands-on manual therapy skills, goal directed exercises and thorough education. Inez will always go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of care is provided for her clients. Outside of work Inez is very active within her community. She can be found outdoors biking, hiking, kayaking and camping with her husband and daughter.

JENNIFER ARTS
Registered Physiotherapist, PT, DPT
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies in 2018 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 at Utica College, in Utica, New York. While studying at Utica College, Jennifer played for the Utica College Women’s Hockey team for 4 years. After graduating, she moved back to the area to begin her Physiotherapy career. She is excited to work with you at Dorchester Physiotherapy to create an individualized plan and reach your treatment goals. Through a combination of manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, patient education, and goal oriented exercises. Jennifer enjoys being active, spending time outside, travelling, and being with friends and family.

KATIE MCDONALD
Physiotherapist Assistant, PTA
Katie is a committed healthcare professional who successfully completed the Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant program at Fanshawe College with honours. A proud graduate of Lord Dorchester Secondary School, she brings a strong work ethic, passion for helping others and a background in athletics to her role. As a certified Sigvaris Compression Sock Fitter, she provides effective and personalized support solutions. Outside of work Katie enjoys travelling and staying active through soccer where she values teamwork and perseverance both on and off the field.
BRENDA WEBSTER
Receptionist, Office Manager
Brenda is not a stranger to Dorchester as she is a graduate of Lord Dorchester Secondary School and has worked in the community ever since. Brenda is proud to say that she has more than 30 years of helping people with their health care needs. Brenda is proud to be a part of the team here at Dorchester Physiotherapy and looks forward to helping you meet your physiotherapy needs.
ALEX LEWIS
Certified Pedorthist, B.H.Kin, CPedC
Alex Lewis was born and raised in Dorchester Ontario. He has been a member of the Western University Varsity Soccer team and Marconi Men’s Soccer team who took home back to back National Championships in 2014/2015. Alex completed his degree in Kinesiology at Western University with a post graduate diploma in Pedorthics and is a certified Canadian Personal Training Specialist. After working for 2 years and gaining experience in the nation’s capital of Ottawa, Alex is back in Dorchester to treat and manage lower limb issues through footwear modifications and supportive devices (Custom Made Orthotics).Alex is excited to continue on as part of the team at Dorchester Physiotherapy.
HAILEY YOUNG
Physiotherapist Assistant, PTA
Hailey is a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant who brings compassion, energy, and a strong work ethic to every client interaction. She graduated from Niagara College and is proud to bring her skills back to support the community close to where she grew up in Ingersoll. Hailey is passionate about helping people regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized, hands-on care.
LINDSAY BESSEGATO
Physiotherapist Assistant, PTA
Lindsay Bessegato has always been passionate about health, fitness and rehabilitation. She has a background in health sciences, having completed Pre-Health Sciences and the Occupational and Physiotherapy Assistant Program at Fanshawe College. She is also currently pursuing further studies in Health Sciences at Queen’s University Online. Lindsay grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer and currently is coaching hybrid training at the gym she trains at, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals both inside and outside the gym. When not at Dorchester Physiotherapy or taking part in her studies, she spends majority of her extra time training for competitive CrossFit and representing Team Canada at Hyrox World Championships.
