Meet The Team
STEVEN LEHOUILLIER
Registered Physiotherapist, PT, Clinic Owner
A graduate of Lord Dorchester Secondary School, Steven earned his degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2002. He went on to complete his Master’s in Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York, in 2005. That same year, he founded Dorchester Physiotherapy, where he has been dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care ever since.
Steven has a strong clinical interest in manual therapy, orthopaedic injuries, and acupuncture. In 2017, he became a certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) medical professional, expanding his expertise to golf-related injury prevention and performance. Steven has been actively involved in the community for many years, supporting local sports as a trainer for minor hockey teams and serving as the team physiotherapist for the Dorchester Dolphins Jr. C Hockey Club.
He is extremely proud of the standard of care offered at Dorchester Physiotherapy and remains deeply grateful for the ongoing support of the Dorchester community and surrounding area.

INEZ ROELEN
Registered Physiotherapist, PT
Inez is very passionate about her career and is driven to helping people achieve a higher quality of life along with increased function throughout daily life. Inez has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University along with her Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. After completing her physiotherapy degree, she began working at a private clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. She has completed certifications in traditional acupuncture and dry needling, in addition to taking specialized training in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and pelvic health physiotherapy. Inez’s treatment plans are individualized to the client and she places a strong focus on hands-on manual therapy skills, goal directed exercises and thorough education. Inez will always go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of care is provided for her clients. Outside of work Inez is very active within her community. She can be found outdoors biking, hiking, kayaking and camping with her family.

JENNIFER DARVILLE
Registered Physiotherapist, PT, DPT
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies in 2018 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 at Utica College, in Utica, New York. While studying at Utica College, Jennifer played for the Utica College Women’s Hockey team for 4 years. After graduating, she moved back to the area to begin her Physiotherapy career. She is excited to work with you at Dorchester Physiotherapy to create an individualized plan and reach your treatment goals. Through a combination of manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, patient education, and goal oriented exercises. Jennifer enjoys being active, spending time outside, travelling, and being with friends and family.

JACOB NEUMANN
Registered Physiotherapist, PT
Jacob is proud to now serve the same community that helped shape his passion for health, movement, and rehabilitation. He completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western University before moving to Ireland to pursue his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at University College Cork.In addition to his role at Dorchester Physiotherapy, Jacob also works at Parkwood Hospital on the Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit, where he helps patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. His clinical interests include manual therapy, athletic rehabilitation, and injury prevention across all age populations. With a lifelong passion for football, hockey, and weightlifting. He has a strong interest in community-based sports rehabilitation and hopes to become actively involved with local sports teams throughout the London area. Jacob values building meaningful therapeutic relationships with his patients. He believes that the best outcomes come from treating people as individuals, not simply as injuries or cases, and is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care tailored to each patient’s goals.

KATIE MCDONALD
Physiotherapist Assistant, OTA
Office Manager
Katie is a committed healthcare professional who successfully completed the Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant program at Fanshawe College with honours. A proud graduate of Lord Dorchester Secondary School, she brings a strong work ethic, passion for helping others and a background in athletics to her role. As a certified Sigvaris Compression Sock Fitter, she provides effective and personalized support solutions. Outside of work Katie enjoys travelling and staying active through soccer where she values teamwork and perseverance both on and off the field.
KARIN HOLTBY
Receptionist
Karin grew up north of Thorndale on her family’s dairy farm. She now lives south of Dorchester with her family who are all active in the hockey community. Growing up she was involved in athletics including rugby and soccer and has recently decided to join the women’s “Learn to Play Hockey” league. When Karin is not at work, she enjoys being outside with her family exploring and going on bike rides together.
ALEX LEWIS
Certified Pedorthist, B.H.Kin, CPedC
Alex Lewis was born and raised in Dorchester Ontario. He has been a member of the Western University Varsity Soccer team and Marconi Men’s Soccer team who took home back to back National Championships in 2014/2015. Alex completed his degree in Kinesiology at Western University with a post graduate diploma in Pedorthics and is a certified Canadian Personal Training Specialist. After working for 2 years and gaining experience in the nation’s capital of Ottawa, Alex is back in Dorchester to treat and manage lower limb issues through footwear modifications and supportive devices (Custom Made Orthotics).Alex is excited to continue on as part of the team at Dorchester Physiotherapy.
ALYSSA AMARAL
BSc Exercise Science (Pre-PT)
Alyssa graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science (Pre-Physical Therapy) from Quincy University in Illinois. During her time at Quincy, she was a proud member of their women’s soccer team where she competed in the NCAA for four years. Alyssa’s interest in physical therapy developed from her background in exercise and her passion for helping people improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. Outside of the clinic Alyssa enjoys coaching youth soccer within the community. In her free time Alyssa also enjoys running and being outdoors.
JORJA DeBEER
Physiotherapist Assistant, OTA
Jorja successfully completed the Occupational Therapy Assistant/ Physiotherapy Assistant program at Fanshawe College. Jorja is passionate about helping patients improve their strength, mobility, and confidence throughout their recovery journey. She creates a positive and encouraging environment for patients and helps them work towards their goals. Her interest in physiotherapy comes from her active lifestyle and involvement in sports such as golf, snowboarding, and soccer. Outside of work she enjoys working on her family’s dairy farm, staying active, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
